Our family has a deep-rooted love for Brevard going back to 1901 when our grandfather John Law came to Eau Gallie as Station Manager for Florida East Coast Railroad.
Late in 1953, James H. Pruitt opened his real estate and insurance office in a small office on Highland Avenue in downtown Eau Gallie. The company has grown and expanded to seven locations throughout Brevard with plans to increase that number. The performance of our agents has maintained our position as THE Real Estate Leader in Brevard.
